Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong local public holidays). "Processing time" refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We fulfill orders to the United States and other countries/regions to ensure fast and reliable delivery of our ergonomic cross legged chairs, 360° swivel meditation chairs, height adjustable home office seating furniture.
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our overseas cooperative logistics warehouse.
Estimated Shipping Time to the U.S.: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to the United States is 7-15 business days (depending on the shipping address and logistics provider).
Total Delivery Time: The total estimated time from order placement to delivery depends on order processing time, international logistics routes and local customs clearance progress.

We provide preferential shipping plans for orders to the United States and other regions. Specific shipping fees are displayed on the checkout page. No extra hidden handling fees apply.
Tax Information
U.S. Sales Tax: For orders shipped to the United States, as a new cross-border seller, our estimated annual sales volume to the U.S. is less than $100,000 and the number of orders is less than 200. In accordance with the economic nexus rules for U.S. sales tax (established by the Wayfair judgment of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018), we currently do not meet the sales tax collection threshold of any U.S. state, so no U.S. state sales tax will be collected temporarily. Once our sales volume reaches the threshold specified by the corresponding U.S. state (generally $100,000 in annual sales or 200 transactions), we will promptly register for a sales tax permit and collect applicable sales tax in accordance with U.S. state laws.
Customs Duty & Local Tax: International orders (including orders to the U.S.) may incur local import duties, consumption taxes and related customs fees, which shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with the laws and regulations of the receiving country or region. All tax-related issues shall be implemented in accordance with Hong Kong international trade laws and local destination laws.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, carrier delays, seasonal high volumes and international customs clearance inspection. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
