1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We operate in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, as well as international cross-border e-commerce-related laws and regulations, and relevant U.S. federal and state laws and regulations (including tax laws). We assume the main responsibility for product quality and safety, and fulfill relevant obligations in accordance with regulations. All goods we sell comply with quality, safety, environmental protection and labeling standards of their origin. We will clearly notify customers of any standard differences in advance.
As a new cross-border e-commerce seller, our estimated annual sales volume to the United States is less than $100,000 and the number of orders is less than 200. In accordance with the economic nexus rules for U.S. sales tax (established by the Wayfair judgment of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018), we currently do not meet the sales tax collection threshold of any U.S. state, so we do not collect or remit U.S. state sales tax temporarily. Once our annual sales volume to the U.S. reaches or exceeds $100,000 or the number of orders reaches or exceeds 200 (subject to the specific threshold of each U.S. state), we will promptly register for a sales tax permit in the corresponding state and start collecting and remitting sales tax in accordance with U.S. state laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use our Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only, and shall not resell any products purchased from our store. You shall provide true, accurate and complete information when registering an account, placing an order or using our Services, and shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the provided information. You shall abide by all applicable laws, regulations and this Legal Policy, and shall not engage in any behavior that violates laws, infringes on the rights and interests of us or third parties.

3. Product Responsibility

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the products sold are genuine, qualified and consistent with the descriptions on the platform. However, we shall not be liable for any losses caused by product quality problems that are not due to our intentional or gross negligence. If the product has quality problems that do not meet the agreed standards, you may handle it in accordance with our Refund Policy and After-sales Service Policy.

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and will collect, use and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations (including the personal information protection laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other applicable regions). We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or agreed in the Privacy Policy. We also comply with relevant U.S. privacy regulations to protect the personal information of U.S. users.

7. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or update this Legal Policy at any time in our sole discretion. The updated Legal Policy will be published on our website, and your continued use of our Services after the update shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Legal Policy. We may terminate your right to use our Services at any time if you violate this Legal Policy, relevant laws and regulations or our other policies, and you shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
